Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for a Precision Grinding Technician role—centerless grinder. Setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. We are seeking an individual with centerless grinding experience. Following are standard skills/experiences that are useful for the role:
- Machines and machine tools
- Blueprint reading
- Calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment
- CNC
- Precision grinding (.0002”-.0005” tolerances)
Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment. Good math skills. Mechanical problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills and team player abilities are key to a successful working environment.
SCHEDULE: Minnesota Grinding has three shifts to choose from for the Precision Grinding Technician role
First Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday Second Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday Third Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday
LOCATION: Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429
Metro Transit bus stops within 1-2 blocks with routes 716 and 721.

Hiring pay range: $27-$32 per hour depending on experience
